摘要
以煅烧B级高铝矾土为集料,以纯铝酸钙水泥和四节粘土共同作为结合剂,以煅烧A级高铝矾土细粉作为掺合料,井加入SiO_2微粉研制成高铝质低水泥耐火烧注料。借助X射线衍射、电泳实验和其它常规理化性能测试手段证实:此种材料同普通水泥浇注料相比具有低温强度高、中温强度不降低、高温性能好、耐侵蚀性强等优点。本文还对诸如粒级的正确选择、颗粒级配的合理调整;外加剂、超微粉的选择和比例量的调整、加料顺序的严格控制等有关工艺因素进行了分析与探讨。
From B level bauxite chamotte as aggregate,pure calcium aluminate cement and Shijie fire clay as binder, powder of A level bauxite chamotte as admixture and some micropowder of SiO_2,a kind of high-alumina refractory castable with low content cement has been made successfully.By XRD, electrophoresis and routine tests on the samples, it is confirmed that the material has some advantages of higher room-temperature strength, strength sustained at middle temperature, good behaviour at high temperature and resistance to chemical attack as compared with ordinary portland cement refractory castables.Some technological factors and keys have also been analysed and discussed in the paper such as selection and adjustment of grain size distribution, admixture and superfine powder, and process mixing raw materials with each other.
