摘要
从“长三角”地区的经济规模、现代制造业高地的崛起、产业一体化新局面的兴起、城市化浪潮的涌起、旅游的需要,以及城际交通的现状等方面,阐述“长三角”地区建设城际轨道交通的必要性和紧迫性。“长三角”迫切需要发展城际交通。“长三角”的城际交通应以公交化的轨道交通为骨干。
It is a very important and urgent task to develope an intercity rail transit within the economic zones of the Yangtze River Delta, because of the expansion of the economic scale, the rise of modern manufactories as well as the heightening waves of urbanization. The author argues that the intercity rail transit with high capacity of passenger traffic shall become the leading means of the public transportion within the economic zones of the Yangtze River Delta.
