摘要
本文叙述了选材的理论依据,产品的制造方法及性能指标.讨论了某些工艺因素对合成铝碳材料性能的影响.该产品不仅强度高,耐侵蚀、抗冲刷、热稳定性能好,而且启闭自如,不粘铜、不挂渣、能够适应多炉连铸的需要.是一种较为理想的滑动水口材料.
This paper relates about the theoretieal basis for selecting material, producting method of prod uct and the product's property indes. It discussee some technological fector effect on the property of aluminium—carbon material. This product is not only of powerful strength, anti corision and anti—scour, and of a good hot stability, but also can open and closs freely. The product dose not stick steel and hang slage. It can meet the need of continuous casting by several furnaces and is a kind of ideal material for sliding gate.
