摘要
研究了 HZSM-5负载型芳构化催化剂中的硅铝比 ,锌、镍金属质量分数等对正己烷芳构化反应的影响 .结果表明 :催化剂的硅铝比越大 ,其稳定性越好 ,但芳构化能力弱 ,造成芳烃和 BTX收率低 ;催化剂镍质量分数为 1 .0 % ,锌质量分数达到 3 .0 %时 ,芳烃和 BTX收率最高 ,分别为 3 1 .45 %和 3 0 .2 4% ,再增大锌的质量分数芳烃和 BTX产率保持不变 ;锌质量分数为 3 .0 % ,镍质量分数高于 1 .0 %的情况下芳烃和 BTX收率反而下降 .因而催化剂中锌、镍的最佳质量分数分别为 3 .0 %和 1 .0 % .此外 ,还对催化剂的酸性变化对正己烷芳构化的过程进行了初步探讨 .
The effects of different Si/Al ratio,zinc and nickel content on the n-hexane aromatization performance were investigated.Evaluated results showed:1) The higher the Si/Al ratio,the more stability did the catalyst acquire,while the aromatic ability of the catalyst was lower and the yields of aromatics and BTX were smaller. 2) On the condition of 1.0% as nickel content,the catalytic activity of the catalyst with 3.0% as zinc content was the best and the yields of aromatics and BTX were 31.45% and 30.24%,respectively.When the zinc content was higher than 3.0%,overmuch zinc couldn't improve the yields of aromatics and BTX. 3) The optimal zinc and nickel content were 3.0% and 1.0%,respectively.Overmuch nickel decreased the yields of aromatics and BTX. Furthermore,the procedure of n-hexane aromatiztion reaction was discussed.
