摘要
白苞蒿外植体在附加有生长素的MS培养基中能诱导出愈伤组织.呈疏松状的愈伤组织对芽的分化有利.不同浓度和组合的激素对器官分化有一定的影响.再生植株的移栽成活率达90%以上.
The callus was induced from the isolators of ghostplant wormwood on MS medium supplemented with auxin. The loose callus was in favour of buds differentiation. The hormones in different concentration and combinations had a certain influence upon organogencsis. A survival rate of transplanted plantlets of regeneration was more than 90%.
