体外培养的神经嵴细胞的定向诱导分化

摘要 神经嵴细胞是发育中具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,可向神经元、神经胶质细胞、软骨细胞、平滑肌细胞和黑色素细胞等多方向分化。其分化受到多种因子和化学物质的影响,包括转录因子、生长因子、钙离子浓度和细胞外基质等。
