摘要
为了探讨低温胁迫对长叶竹柏幼苗活性氧代谢保护酶系统的影响,选取长叶竹柏的2龄幼苗为试验材料,模拟零上和零下低温胁迫进行研究。试验结果表明,低温胁迫下,特别是在温度过低和骤冷时,细胞膜脂过氧化作用加剧,细胞膜的选择透性受到伤害,电解质大量外渗,电导率增大。同时,SOD,CAT和POD活性及膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量的测定表明,程度不大的低温胁迫不会对植物造成严重的膜脂过氧化伤害,部分原因可能是SOD,CAT和POD活性的协调一致性。只有极低温,如-10℃,-20℃下,细胞膜才会发生严重的膜脂过氧化作用。
To study the effects of low temperature stress on the active oxygen metabolism protective enzymes of Podocarpus fleuryi, 2 -year -old seedlings of the plant were exposed to simulated low temperatures below or above 0℃. Under low temperature stress, especially when the temperature dropped abruptly, cell membrane lipid peroxidation increased and the selective permeability of the cell membrane was affected, resulting in marked electrolyte leakage and conductivity increase. However, determination of SOD, CAT and POD activities and MDA content showed that moderately low temperature stress did not damage the membrane seriously, partly due to the coordination of SOD, CAT and POD. Only with a sudden strike very low temperature, such as - 10℃or-20℃, was the cell membrane damaged seriously.
