摘要
中国企业改革已进入深层次阶段,国有企业组织创新成为国有企业改革的重要内容,它对国有企业的生存和发展起着重大的影响作用。由于人们对于组织创新缺乏全面深刻的认识,致使组织创新达不到预期目标,陷入创新的误区。
Reform in Chinese enterprises has got further.Organization innovation has become an important part of reform in state-owned enterprises and it has an important effect on the existence and development of state-owned enterprises.But because people don't have complete and deep knowledge about organization innovation,it can't reach its aim and fall into the mistake of innovation.
