摘要
本文对阵列式碳纳米管的生产进行了探讨,得到了一种制备阵列式碳纳米管的简捷有效的方法.适宜的反应温度在反应温度、反应时间、原料气流速等诸参量中对碳纳米管的形态、产率影响最大.本文采用化学气相沉积法,在一系列实验中改变反应温度,得到了不同温度对反应产物管径、管壁、管型质量的影响,给出了工艺参数和可靠反应温度区间.
This paper discussed the production of arrayed carbon nanotubes.We carried out several types of experiments to understand factors controlling the alignment and average quality of the CNTs and showed a (simple,)effective route to the (fabrication) of arrayed CNTs.We carried out the optimal parameters of the (fabrication) through sets of experiments by changing the temperature,and gave out the dependable temperature of the fabrication.
