摘要
目的 :探讨鳞癌与基底细胞癌的Fas/FasL表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法 :用免疫组化及TUNEL方法检测45例鳞癌与基底细胞癌的Fas/FasL表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。 结果 :鳞癌Fas/FasL表达高于基底细胞癌 ;Fas/FasL阳性细胞凋亡率高于阴性细胞。 结论 :Fas/FasL系统与细胞凋亡密切相关 。
Purpose: To explore the relationship between Fas/FasL expression in squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma or cell apoptosi. Methods: Fas/FasL expression and cell apoptosis were studied in 45 patients suffering from squamous cell carcinoma or basal cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-DIG nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results: Fas/FasL expression in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than in basal cell carcinoma. The apoptosis rate of Fas/FasL positive cells was higher than that of Fas/FasL negative cells. Conclusion: Fas/FasL system was rather associated with cell apoptosis and may play an important role in tumor invasion.
