摘要
用~3H-Mibolerone为放射性配体,分别测定了正常人(n=8)及良性增生(n=20)前列腺上皮、间质细胞雄激素受体(AR),结果表明,AR含量以fmol/mgDNA表示时,正常前列腺组织上皮、间质部分分别为352.3±150.9和728.7±369.4;良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织上皮、间质部分分别为358.0±161.8和471.9±254.0,经统计学处理,AR在BPH及正常前列腺组织上皮、间质部分之间差异无显著性,表明AR在前列腺组织中的分布和含量与BPH的发病无直接关系。
Using radioreceptorassay,we measured the concentration of AR in mechenically separated stroma and epithelium from 8 case of normal and 20 ease of hyperplastic human prostate.The concentration of AR expressed in
DNA content of homogenate(fmol/mg DNA),were 352.3±150.0 and 728.7± 369.4 in epithelium and stroma fraction of normal prostate,and 358.0±161.8 and 471.9±254.0 in epithelium and stroma fraction of BPH,retpectively。 No significant difference was found in the concentration of AR between
BPH and normal prostate in the stroma and epithelium。The results suggest that the distribution and content of AR in prostate have no direct relationship to the pathogenesis of BPH.
