正常成人运动诱发电位及其与身高相关性的研究

摘要 目的:研究健康成人运动诱发电位(MEP)的正常值,为临床诊断提供依据。方法:分别检测于头皮、颈7、Erbs点、肘点、胭窝及腰及腰4各点引出的潜伏期及中枢运动传导时间(CMCT),比较性别及肢体左右侧两组间的差别,并研究潜伏期及CMCT与身高之间的相关性。结果:潜伏期及CMCT在性别与肢体侧别之间的差别无显著性意义,周围部分的潜伏期与身高的相关性有显著性意义,而CMCT则无。结论:MEP是检测中枢与周围神经系统运动传导通路功能状态的重要技术之一,而正常值的确定是临床诊断的前提。周围部分的潜伏期与身高关系密切。 Objective To investigate the normal values of motor evoked potetial (MEP) in healthy adult, and to provide evidences to clinical diagnosis. Methods To examie the latencies elicited from scalp, C7, Erbs', elbow and L4 sites and central motor conduction time (CMCT) separately; to compare the differences between male and female groups and between left and right limbs groups: to reseach the correlation between latencies, CMCT and the heights. Results It is no significant that the differences of latencies and CMCT between male and female groups and between left and right limbs; the correlation is significant between peripheral latencies and the heights, but CMCT is not. Conclusion MEP is one of the most important techniques to examine motor conductive pathways in central and peripheral nervous system. The normal value is prerequisite for clinical diagnosis. The peripheral latencies correlate with the heights closely.
