摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定肝力注射液中苦参碱与盐酸川芎嗪的含量。方法 采用ODS柱 ,以乙腈 - 0 1%磷酸水溶液 (80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 10nm ,流速 1 0ml·min- 1 。结果 苦参碱与盐酸川芎嗪分别在 2 3 86~ 2 14 7μg和4 2 4~ 38 16 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。苦参碱与盐酸川芎嗪的平均回收率分别为 10 0 8% (RSD =1.0 % )和 10 0 9% (RSD=0 9% )。结论 本法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于肝力注射液中两种有效成份的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE A method was developed for determining matrine and tetramethyl-pyrazine hydrochloride in Ganli injection by HPLC.METHODS A ODS column with a solvent system consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(80∶20) was used,detected Wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear within the range of 23.86 -214.7 μg for matrine and 4.24-38.16 μg for tetramethyl-pyrazine hydrochloride.The average recoveries of matrine and tetramethyl-pyrazine hydrochloride were 100.8%( RSD = 1.0% )and 100.9%( RSD =0.9%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used to determine matrine and tetramethyl-pyrazine hydrochlorid in Ganli injection.
