摘要
应用美国LI—COR公司制造的LI—6400型便携式光合作用测定系统,研究了田间条件下北五味子光合特性。Pn的日变化曲线是双峰型。6:00~11:00随着气温和光照的增强,叶片光合速率不断提高,11:00达到最大值;11:00~14:00逐渐下降,14:00~15:0O略有回升,到15:00出现次高峰,以后随气温和光照的减弱呈下降趋势。Pn的变化在6:00~11:00和15:00~18:00与光照强度变化规律相一致;Pn在11:00~14:00的下降,表明其光合作用存在“午休”现象。北五味子长枝比短枝,发育枝比结果枝光合速率高。北五味子不同种质间需光性差异明显,需光性强的叶片浓绿,光合速率高,高产稳产;需光性弱的叶片发黄,光合速率低,大小年现象严重。
A study on photosynthetic character of Schisandga chinensis Baill. was carried out in the field via a portable assay system of photosynthesis (LI- 6400 type) made in LI -COR Co. of USA. Diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate (Pn) was a double peak curve. Pn increased continuously following the increase of temperature and light intensity from 6 a. m. to 11 a. m. and up to maximum at 11; and Pn decreases gradually from 11 to 14 but rose lightly again from 14 to 15 and up to a second - maximum at 15, then Pn went down following the weakness of temperature and light intensity. Diurnal variation of Pn was equal with the variation of light intensity from 6a.m. to 11 a.m.and from 15 to 18,respectively,showeing that the photosynthesis has a 'midday rest'for the dropping from 11 a. m. to 14. The Pn of long branch was higher than that of short one and the Pn of developing branch was higher than that of fruit one. The resistance to light showed an evident difference among different germ plasms and the plants with high resistance to light had thick-green leaves, high photosynthesis and high and stable yield; while the plants with weak resistance to light had yellow- green leaves, low photosynthesis and serious on-year and off-year.
