摘要
采用问卷调查和非结构访谈研究的方法 ,调查北京、福建 4所卫生部三级甲等医院各级护理管理人员 ,从护理管理工作的目标、职责、权利、工作关系、聘用条件、培训机会、任职资格等方面 ,对综合性医院现有主要护理管理岗位进行工作分析。形成了护理管理岗位的工作分析报告 ,提出了目前护理人力资源管理存在的问题 。
Questionnaire and non-structure interview were used in the job analysis. The sample was derived from the nurses at the four comprehensive hospitals in Beijing and Fujian. The contents included the principle duties and responsibilities involved in nursing management job, job relationship, chance of training and advancing, and personal qualifications needed for the job. Based on the results of job analysis, possible problems and their resolving in nursing human resource management should be focused.
