摘要
结合近年来住宅设计的发展趋势 ,从套型面积过大、厅室面积不适宜等方面阐述了近代住宅设计的弊端 ,指出近代住宅设计要根据所处的自然环境和人文环境 ,最大限度地体现对人的关怀。
Combined with recent development in housing deign the disadvantages in modern housing design are elaborated from overlarge area, unreasonable space arrangement and so on. Author points out that modern housing design should regard human being as essence according to surrounding natural environment and humanistic environment.
