钢丝热镀锌层组织对耐蚀性的影响

摘要 采用海水模拟试验比较了先镀后拉和先拉后镀热镀锌钢丝的耐蚀性,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对镀层微观组织和成分进行分析,结果表明,先镀后拉钢丝镀层由表及里是三层组织,既致密的η相、ζ相和δ1相,先拉后镀钢丝镀层也由η相、ζ相和δ1相组成,但ζ相呈分散状。 This paper compares the corrosion behaviors and microstructures of the galvanizing first and drawing afterwards and those of the drawing first and galvanizing afterwards hotdip zinc coating of the steel wire by sea water simulated test and SEM and EDS.Experimental results show that corrosion resistance of the galvanizing first and drawing afterwards coating,because of its fine construction and good function,is better than that of the drawing first and galvanizing afterwards coating.
