摘要
我国高等教育要与世界接轨,必须进行学分制教学管理制度改革。这就要求我们必须了解学分制的本质特征和我国实行学分制情况,充分认识学分制的现实意义,从而加快实施步伐。
If the higher education in our country tracks with the world,the teaching management of credit system must be reformed.It is required that we must learn the state of the credit system carried out in our country and its essential feature and fully realize its real significance so as to quicken our steps to carry it out.
