摘要 提出了全电信号测量法 ,通过测量分析脉冲电容器短路放电时的电容器两极电压、电流的相位幅值获得电流角频率ω、衰减系数δ ,进而获得脉冲电容器的杂散参数 ,包括等效串联电阻、电感值。与现有的几种测量方法比较 ,这种方法对外接短路电路几乎没有要求。测量误差取决于所用电流、电压传感器和瞬态记录仪的不确定度。 This paper put forwards a technology of two electrical signals measurements to get distributed parameters of pulse capacitor including equivalent serial resistance(ESR) and equivalent serial inductance(ESL),by measuring waveforms of discharge current and discharge voltage between the anode and cathode of the capacitor when the charged pulse capacitor is discharged due to short circuit. By the analysis of current waveform, the angular frequency( ω ) and dumped coefficient( δ ) can be obtained. With the comparison of phases and amplitudes of voltage and current, the distributed parameters can be given. Some existing technologies are analyzed. This technology has little requirements on the external short circuit. The measurement error is mostly dependent on the uncertainties of current sensor, voltage divider and transient waveform recorder. Two pulse capacitors are measured with this technology.
