摘要
本文提出了开发农业科技档案信息资源的途径与方法;论述了如何正确处理开发农业科技档案信息资源的几个关系。对加速农业科技成果的应用和推广作了初步探讨。
Approaches and methods to develop archive information resources in agricultural science and technology are proposed and some relationship in properly dealing with the information resources are discussed.The authors have also proposed the way to speed up application and extension of agricultural research achievements.
