介绍结晶性塑料在注塑过程中的塑化特点、取向与结晶的关系及其对制品性能的影响,注塑参数对结晶性塑料塑化、取向、结晶的影响。讨论了在实际工作中如何利用这些特性进行注塑机塑化系统、模具的设计并确定注塑工艺,从而得到品质优良的制品。
The, plastieizing property of the crystalline plastics in the injection molding, the relationship between the orientation and the crystallization and it's effect on the product property are introduced. The influence of the technical parameter in the injection molding on the melting, orienting and crystallizing of the crystalline plastics is also discussed. How to put these characteristics into the practical application to conduct the design of the mould and the plasticizing system of the injection molding machine and the defining of the injection molding technology to get products with high quality.
