摘要
采用乳液聚合法制备苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)/蒙脱土(MMT)插层复合材料,用TEM、XRD、FT-IR对复合材料的结构形态进行分析,发现SAN能插层于钠基蒙脱土,被剥离的纳米级蒙脱土片层较好地分散于SAN树脂中。研究表明,引入少量蒙脱土能使SAN/MMT复合材料的抗冲强度和拉伸强度有所提高;SAN/MMT用作母料与ABS接枝粉料共混制备ABS/MMT复合材料,发现MMT的存在对复合材料的力学性能具有改善作用。
SAN/MMT nano-composites were synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The structure and morphology were analysized by XRD FT_IR and TEM.It showed that MMT clay has been intercalated by SAN macromolecular chains.The relationship between the content of MMT and mechanical property of SAN/MMT nano-composites was discussed.ABS/MMT composites were improved due to the existing clay.
