摘要
本文详细叙述了广东化学工业中各种产业行业概况、发展趋势 ,重点介绍了石油化学工业、合成树脂工业、精细化工等三个领域的行业现状、市场情况、需求预测、产业政策和发展趋势。分析了广东化工产业的优势和差距 ;根据我国渐趋成为全球化工制造业中心的宏观背景 ,拟定了广东由化工大省向化工强省跨越的指导思想、战略目标和发展重点 ,就构筑广东化工产业高地提出了若干措施。强调了广东化工产业必须进行新一轮产业结构调整 ,集聚发展 2～ 3个大型化工项目 ,以提升广东化工产业的整体竞争实力。提出了广东化工产业目前存在的问题和与之相应的对策。
The general situation of all kinds of industry and trade in Guangdong chemical industry is described in this paper. The general situation of vocation and market,demand prognosticate,industry policy and development trend of the three fields such as oil chemical industry,synthetic resin industry,and fine chemical industry are emphatically introduced. The predominance and difference of Guangdong chemical industry is analyzed. The instructional thoughts,strategic goal and developing emphases about establishing strong chemical industry in Guangdong Province are drawn out,and many measures about constructing big projects are suggested. It is emphasized that Guangdong chemical industry must be adjusted in systems of industrial framework and develop two or three large-scale chemical projects then advances competition strength. The current problems and corresponding countermeasures about Guangdong chemical industry are put forward.
