摘要
提出了以 4自由度空间并联机构作为主进给机构 ,辅以双向移动工作台实现多坐标数控加工的一种混联型虚拟轴机床的配置方案 ,推导出了主进给机构位置正确的封闭方程 ,基于曲面分析方法分析了主进给机构及其虚拟轴机床的工作空间 ,并给出了数值实例。
A structure configuration scheme for a hybrid type virtual axis machine tool is proposed in this paper. The scheme utilizes a 4 DOF spatial parallel mechanism as main feed mechanism, with assistance of a dual-direction movable worktable, multi-coordinates NC machining can be realized. Closed form equations of forward displacement analysis for main feed mechanism are established. Workspaces of main feed mechanism and hybrid type virtual axis machine tool are analysised based on surface analysis method. Numeric examples are given for illustration.
