摘要
阐述了高校贷款发展的必要性以及高校贷款中存在的问题,分析了高校取得银行资金支持的可能性和高校贷款的特性.通过对某高校还贷资金的具体测算,指出高校债务率不宜超过15%,债务依存度不宜超过100%,举债期不宜超过10年.
It is expounded that the necessity and problem existed about the loan provided to colleges and universities for education.The possibility is analyzed that colleges and universities obtain standing by banks funds.Through measuring the funds for paying off bands loan of a college in detail,it is pointed out that colleges and universities debt ratio shouldnt overstep 150%,debt dependence degree shouldnt overstep 100%,the term of rise a loan shouldnt overstep 10 years.
