摘要
通过自由基共聚反应合成St/MA/AA三元共聚物降凝剂,从分析聚合可行性入手,考察单体浓度,单体摩尔比,丙烯酰胺等因素对产品的降凝影响,得出最佳配比.结果表明:原油的凝点下降14℃,降凝降粘效果显著.
A styrene / maleic anhydride / acrylamide copolymer as pour point depressant for crude oil of Liaohe is synthesized through organic copolymerization.The analysis of copolymerization feasibility ,the proper ratio of monomers,the monomer's concentration and the effect of acrylamide are found to obtain copolymers with highest pour point depressing.It is shown that the pour point of Liaohe crude oil is lowered by 14 ℃.
