摘要
本文探讨了离体血紫外线照射前后及输入患者体内后,血浆脂蛋白亚组分胆固醇、脂质过氧化物(LPO)及载脂蛋白B含量的改变。结果表明:离体血经紫外线照射后,血浆TG、TC、HDL-C/LDL-C含量与照射前比较均有显著性差异(P值都<0.05)。当紫外血输入患者体内一周后与输入前比较,仅血清LDL-C,HDL-C/TC,有显著性差异(P<0.05),血浆TG、TC无明显改变。
In this paper, the effects of ultraviolet radiation on the contents of human plasma lipoprotein subfractions cholesterol, apoprotein B and lipid peroxide were studied both sampling blood in vitro and systemic blood in vivo after the tranfusion with blood treated by ultraviolet rays. There was significant difference in the concentration of plasma triglycerid(TG), foal cholesterol(TC), ratio of high-density lipoproteni choesterol (HDLC)/TC, and low-denslty lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), after ultraviolet radiation in vitro, compared with that before the ultraviolet radiation (P<0.05, respectively). One week later, when the blood treated by ultraviolet rays was transfused into patients,there wassignificant difference only in the concentration of plasma LDL-C and HDL-C/TC, if compared with that before (P<0.05), and there were no changes in the contents of TG and TC.
