摘要
采用热模压工艺,考察了一种新的均苯型聚酰亚胺的成型加工性能。利用正交实验方法,实验考察了成型工艺条件:成型温度、热处理温度、成型压力和保压时间对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:成型温度和保压时间对材料的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度均有较为显著的影响,而增大成型压力还会降低材料的冲击强度。就材料的综合性能而言,最佳的成型工艺条件为:成型温度345~355℃,成型压力10 0~12 0MPa,保压时间100~120min,热处理温度170℃。
A pyromellitic dianhydride type polyimide synthesized in our laboratory was shaped by press molding method. In order to obtain the better molding conditions, the influence of molding conditions, molding pressure?molding temperature?holding pressure time and heat treatment temperature on its mechanical properties was investigated. The results showed that the better molding conditions are: molding temperature 345~355 ℃, molding pressure 100~120 MPa, holding time 110~120 min, heat treatment temperature 170 ℃.
