摘要 本文通过正交设计实验研究了Re K Zn复合变质剂对高铬白口铸铁组织和性能的影响 ,借助于电子扫描显微镜、X 射线能谱仪等先进设备对其影响结果进行了分析。实验结果表明 :Re K Zn复合变质剂在高铬白口铸铁中有显著作用 ,而且当三者的加入量约为 0 .5 %Re +2 .0 %K +0 .0 0 8%Zn时 ,能显著细化组织 ,使其组织中网状碳化物变为粒状或条状 ,提高了高铬白口铸铁的力学性能 ,铸态冲击韧性由原来的 7.0J/cm2 提高到 11.7J/cm2 ,硬度由原来的 5 4HRC提高到 5 7HRC ,相对耐磨性能提高了 3. In this paper the effects of the Re K Zn compound modificator on the microstructure and properties of high Chromium white cast iron as cast have been studied by the method of orthogonal design. The results have been analyzed with the aid of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X ray analyzer. The results show that Re K Zn compound modificator has remarkable effects in high Chromium white cast iron when the modificator has 0.5%Re+2.0%K+0.008%Zn. The modificator not only or bar like carbides but also improved the mechanical properties of high chromium white cast iron,with its impact toughness enhanced from 7.0J/cm 2 to 11.7J/cm 2 and its hardness enhanced from 54HRC to 57HRC, and the wear resistance increased by 350%.
