摘要
运用“无质量杆方法”推导出考虑转动副间隙时曲柄滑块机构各运动副反力的统一表达式。对于求解接触角β的微分方程提出了具有普遍意义的确定初始条件的方法,并给出了曲柄滑块机构初值的表达式。在一种特殊情况下求得了β的解析解,从而获得了铰链力的解析表达式。分析结果揭示了有间隙铰链的两元素在输入角变化一个周期内有两次“分离事件”发生。还提出了一个使有间隙铰链两元素保持“连续接触”的简单方法。
The paper deduced the general expression of kinetic pair forces in crank-slider mechanism with consideration of clearance in a turning pair, with the application of the 'massless link method', and developed a method used for the determination of initial values when the digital solution to differential equations on contact angle β were found. An analytic solution to β was given in a special way, so that the analytic expression of kinetic pair forces was obtained. The analytic result of the paper shows that two 'peparture' occurred in the two elements of a turning pair with clearance in a period of input angle. Finally, the paper pro- posed that there be a simple method keeping 'continuous contact' between the two elements of a turning pair with clearance.
