摘要
利用水分梯度法,研究了陕西种植的6个小麦品种三叶期抗旱生理特性。结果表明,陕7859植株叶片宽大,根条数与丰产3号和B7466相近、但失水速度快、水分饱和亏缺大,叶水势低.叶片含水量较低,因而受旱影响较重。小偃6号根条数多、供水能力强。大荔52根数最少,失水速度慢,但水分供给能力有限,生长势弱。
The physiologycal characteristics of six wheat varieties was studied on the drought-resistance in three-leaf-stage by water grade method. The results were as follow: The leaf blades of Shaan 7859 was wider and bigger than others, so its water—loss rate was quick,water saturated deficiency rose and leaf water potential values dropped,its leaf water content was lower and the damage by drought was more seri ous,though its root number was almost same as that of Fengchan 3 and B7466. Xiaoyan 6 and more root and higher water absorbant capability than others.The root number of Dali 52 was the least among tested varieties,plant growing power was weak though its water loss rate was slow.
