摘要
目的探讨氟西汀、阿米替林分别对心电图的影响。方法对服用氟西汀及阿米替林治疗的抑郁症病人分别定期心电图检查。时间为服药后第1、2、4、8周。结果氟西汀组67次(12.40%),阿米替林组363次(59.70%)出现异常,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀对心电图影响显著低于阿米替林。
Objective:To discuss the effect of fluoxetine and amitriptyline.Met ho ds:The cardiograph of depressive symptoms was inspected after taking fluoxetine and amitriptyline in one,two,four and eight weeks.Results:The patients of taking fluoxetine have sixty-seven times of exceptional cardiograph and the others ha ve 363 times,there was marked difference among two groups.Conclusion:The effect of fluoxetine on cardiograph was lower than that of amitriptyline.
