摘要
目的 :探讨牙周韧带细胞 ( periodontalligamentcell,PDLC)和成骨样细胞的相互作用。 方法 :牙周韧带来源的PDLC和骨髓基质来源的成骨样细胞 (osteoblastlikecell,BC)进行体外套皿共培养 ,通过细胞增殖、蛋白质合成和碱性磷酸酶 (alkalinephosphatase ,ALPase)活性来分析细胞间相互作用。 结果 :PDLC较成骨样细胞增殖快 ,共培养条件对细胞增殖无显著影响 ;共培养对PDLC蛋白质合成没有影响 ,但对成骨样细胞蛋白质合成有影响 ;在共培养条件下 ,PDLC上调ALPase活性 ,成骨样细胞下调ALPase活性。结论 :在共培养体系中 ,PDLC和成骨样细胞存在相互作用 ,两者的分化趋势受到相互诱导。
Objective:To evaluate the cell-cell interaction between periodontal ligament cells and osteoblast-like cells.Method:PDLCs and osteoblst-like cells were co-cultured in vitro. Cell proliferation, protein synthesis and alkaline phosphatase expression was examined. Result:Co-culture system had no effect on cell proliferation, but the protein synthesis of PDLC. The ALPase activity is decreased in PDLCs while increased in osteoblast-like cells in co-culture system. Conclusion:PDLC and osteoblast-like cells exist cell -cell interaction that induce the cell differentiation each other.
