摘要
目的 本研究旨在了解成年非真菌性鼻窦炎患者窦口鼻道复合体作为一个整体时的真菌情况。方法 选择 4 0例成人患者 ,分为S组 (Ⅰ型组 )与P组 (Ⅱ型组 ) ,同时设对照组N2 0例。在窦口鼻道复合体的 3个不同部位采集标本 ,进行真菌培养鉴定。分析阳性率、3个部位相同率、主要菌种等指标。结果 在N、S、P3组中 ,阳性率与 3个部位相同率均无显著性差异 ,主要为曲霉菌、青霉菌等。结论 探讨非真菌性慢性鼻窦炎中真菌的地位 ;单就真菌角度考虑 ,可以认为窦口鼻道复合体呈一体化状态 ;并就药物的应用进行了分析。
Objective To investigate the fungi of ostiomeatal complex as a whole in adult nonfungal sinusitis.Methods Forty patients were grouped as S(typeⅠ) and P (typeⅡ),healthy control was presented too as N.Taking samples from three respective sites of ostiomeatal complex,cultivation and identification of fungi performed consequently;positive rate and identical rate and major species were analysed.Results Positive rate and identical rate have no significant differences among the three groups; aspergillus,penicillium are the main species.Conclusions The role of fungi in nonfungal chronic sinustis are discussed;a possible 'as a whole' state maybe exist while simply take fungi into account;in addition,medication has also been focused on.
