干细胞因子与肥大细胞相关研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 干细胞因子 (SCF)是一种新型多功能细胞因子 ,它以可溶型和膜结合型两种形式存在 ,其生物学作用是通过其受体c kit实现的。SCF对肥大细胞的募集、生存、增殖、分化、成熟和活化可能存在重要影响 ,特别是在组织纤维化过程中 ,两者可能起了不可忽视的作用。深入研究SCF对肥大细胞的作用及机制对防治肥大细胞失调导致的疾病有重要意义。
