摘要
研究了巴豆醛液相氧化合成巴豆酸的工艺条件 实验表明,巴豆醛与过氧乙酸摩尔比为1:1.3,醋酸锰用量为 2.5%(相对于巴豆醛),过氧乙酸的浓度为15%,10℃温度下反应6h,收率达到60%以上.
Synthesis conditions of crotonic acid by liquid-phase oxidation of crotonaldehyde are studied. Ac- cording to the experimental results, when the molar ratio of crotonaldehyde to peroxyacetic acid is l: l. 3, the amount of Mn(OAc)2 based on crotona1dehyde is 2.5 %, the concentration of peroxyacetic acid solution is l5 %, the reaction temperature is l0℃, and the reaction time is 6h, the yield of product is over 60%.
