摘要
本文分析了我国入境商务旅游的市场特点和开发潜力,以及旅行社对这一市场的开发现状,并提出了相应开发策略:培育核心能力、开展关系营销、改进旅行社产品、融入电子商务等措施。
This article analyses the characteristics of Commercial Business Travel(CBT),explains the prospects of Chinese arrival CBT,and offers development strategy to Chinese travel agencies.Four strategies are offered in the paper:cultivating central ability,developing relation marketing,im-proving CBT products,and playing E-business.
