摘要
无刷直流电动机 (BLDC MOTOR)是近年来发展速度较快的 ,在工业控制和家用电器领域应用极广的机电一体化电动机。但由于电动机本体采用了永磁体 ,使得系统的建模和动态分析较为复杂。文章在分析的基础上 ,依据变转子位置的磁场有限元计算 ,建立了无刷直流电动机 (BL DC)的通用仿真模型 ,此模型适用于处理由 BL DC所组成的时变网络系统。仿真所需电感参数由二维有限元法结合能量摄动法算得 ,最后给出了详细的仿真结果 ,供设计人员参考。
BLDC motor,which is widely used in industry control and house appliances, develops at a high speed in recent years. But because the motor itself consists of permanent magnetor and iron core, etc,it becomes very complicated to conduct modeling and simulating of system.This paper,based on the analysis of the rotor position variations, gives a general simulation model of BLDC motor. By using the model,time varying network system of BLDC motor can be analyzed. Parameters required in simulation are obtained by 2 D finite element method and energy perturbation method.The results of simulation are shown for engineering design.
