生物组织光透射特性的理论与实验研究

摘要 该文利用所建立的测量激光在组织透射面上光强分布的实验装置 ,实验测得在不同分布的激光光源照射下 ,组织透射面上的光能分布 ,并进行了三维图重建 ,同时采用基于脉冲响应函数的MonteCarlo方法模拟了相应条件下仿生物组织样品透射面上的二维光场分布 ,模拟结果与实验结果具有很好的一致性 ,说明基于脉冲响应函数的MonteCarlo方法是处理复杂面光源照射条件下生物组织中光分布和传输问题的简洁、有效途径。 In this paper,light distributions on the emitting surface of the artificial biological tissues irradiated by different surface light sources are measured by means of a CCD based experimental setup.Simulation results under the same conditions are also presented by the impulse response function based on Monte Carlo method.The reconstructed three dimensional diagrams of light distributions on the emitting surface of the artificial biological tissues originated from the experimental measurements and digital simulations are well matched with each other,which verifies that the impulse response function based on Monte Carlo method is a direct and effective tool to dealing with light distribution and propagation in biological tissues irradiated by complex surface light sources.
