摘要
为了解决医药及其中间体废水的治理问题,在工艺研究的基础上,成功的采用了“电化学还原-混凝沉淀-厌氧-接触氧化”工艺,并设计出一套处理工艺,经运行监测,各项指标均达到国家一级排放标准,其中CODCr、S2-、NH4+-N的去除率分别为99.4%、98.6%、99.6%。经运行证实该工艺性能稳定,操作简单,投资省,运转成本低,易于管理。
To solve the treatment of medicine and its intermittent material wastewater, 揺lectrochemistry reduction-coagulate precipitation-anaerobic hydrolysis-contact oxidation?process successfully used on the base of process study and a set of treatment process was designed. Via operation monitoring, each quota meets the requirements of the-first-class-discharge standards in GB8978-1996. CODCr、S2-、NH4-N were removed 99.4%, 98.6% 99.6% respectively. Through operation, it has been verified that this process has the advantage of stable-function, ease of manipulation, economical investment, low operation cost and ease of supervision.
