摘要
根据电子束焊机的控制系统的要求,提出用三菱公司的FX系列的可编程逻辑控制器对电子束焊机进行数字量控制和模拟量控制。结合电子束焊机焊接工艺需要,分别对控制软件的作用和软件构成进行了说明。
This paper re ports and analyzes the form and working principle of controlling system and tech nology requirements for electronic beam welder(EBW).And proposes type FX PLC mad e by MINSTIBUSH Corporation to control EBW.According to controlling systems and welding technology requirements for EBW,The form and function about hardware and soft-ware of EBW are describe in detail?
