摘要
在无溶剂条件下合成一系列氨基硅油改性聚氨酯预聚体,采用二甲基硫甲苯二胺固化得到有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体材料,测试了材料的力学性能、耐热性、表面水接触角及耐水、耐酸碱性。结果表明,有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体材料比未改性聚氨酯弹性体材料具有更优异的综合性能。
A series of modified polyurethane preoligomers with different amino siloxane content were synthesized without the presence of organic solvent. The silicon modified polyurethane elastomer materials which were used as high performance chemical materials for construction were synthesized with the preoligomers and dimethylsulfide toluylenediamine. The properties of the materials were investigated by using stress-strain analysis, heat- resistance analysis, surface water contact angle, water- resistance analysis and acid(alkali)-resistance analysis. The result show the modified materials have excellent synthetical properties.
