硒缺乏与甲状腺疾病 被引量：9

摘要 硒在甲状腺激素的合成、活化、代谢过程及甲状腺抗氧化系统和免疫系统中发挥重要作用。甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞表达众多功能性硒蛋白(含硒基半胱氨酸的酶),如:谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、脱碘酶、硫氧还原蛋白还原酶(TR)及硒蛋白P。硒缺乏与许多甲状腺疾病如甲状腺肿、亚临床克汀病、自身免疫性甲状腺炎、低T4综合征、甲状腺癌等密切相关。补硒可能会给这些疾病的治疗开辟一条新的途径。
