大脑部分神经核团破坏后神经内分泌免疫功能改变的初步观察 被引量:1

PRIMARY STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF NEURO-ENDOCRINO-IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION AFTER BRAIN NUCLEUS DESTRUCTION

摘要 本文报告了3例作颞叶海马杏仁核复合体切除,4例作丘脑腹外侧核破坏患者的手术前后免疫及神经内分泌结果的对比情况。结果提示颞叶海马杏仁核复合体切除和丘脑腹外侧破坏后,其免疫功能包括抗体分泌能力和血白介素-2分泌水平均上升。前者还出现ACTH、GH及PRL水平的升高,后者出现GH与PRL水平升高。作者推测,颞叶海马杏仁核及丘脑腹外侧核均可调控免疫功能,切除或毁损后可提高免疫功能;催乳素有促进免疫功能的作用。 Dynamic changes of immunologic and endocrine parameters were observed in 3 cases after ablation of temporal lobe-hippocampus-amygdala compounds (2 cases of interactable temporal lobe epilepsy and 1 case of AVM) and 4 cases after destruction ventrolateral thalamus nuclei (3 cases of Pakinson's disease, 1 case of rotatory spasm).The results showed that immunologic functions including the antibody producing ability and the Interleukin-2 (IL-2) level induced by PHA were increased in all those patients studied. The maximal response was observed on the 7th day, but returning to normal within 14 days. Besides, it was also found that growth hormone level reached its peak on day 1st and prolactin increased gradully in the thalamus group. However, GH peak occurred on day three and PRL, ACTH rose gradully in the temporal lobe group. A neuro-endocrino-immunologic network might be conceived.These results documented that temporal lobe-hippocampus-amygdala and nucleus ventrolateral thalami might inhibit the immune function, which could be released by ablation or destruction. Endocrine changes, reflected as elevated levels of ACTH(only in the temporal lobe group) ,GH and PRL, could also be observed.
