摘要
苹果贮藏期间虎皮病的产生与果皮中共轭三烯含量直接相关。易病品种,果皮中共轭三烯含量相对较高。虎皮灵浸果可有效地抑制α-法尼烯的氧化和虎皮病产生。聚乙烯薄膜封闭处理虽可抑制倭锦苹果的虎皮病,但会促进青香蕉苹果虎皮病的发生,原因可能有二:一是 O_2和CO_2抑制α-法尼烯氧化作用的阈值不同;二是不同苹果品种间,共轭三烯导致虎皮病产生的阈值不同。
Scald was direct correlated to thd content of conjugated trienes in peel during apple storage.Higher levels of conjugated trienes in peel were found for scald-liable varieties of apple.Application of Ethoxyquin-dip evidently inhibited development of scald.Treatment with sealed polyethylene film inhibited scald on Ben Davis apples,but promoted scald devel- opment on white Winter apples.This may be due to:(1)the inhibitory thresholds of low O_2 and high CO_2 concentrations on oxidation of α-farnesene were different;(2)the thresholds of concentrations of conjugated trienes for inducing scald were different among various varieties of apple.
