摘要
信息安全是信息时代国家安全的重要领域,整个国家不但需要安全的信息传递的基础设施,还需要对于在此之上传递的内容进行安全监控。内容安全监控策略建立在全信息理论基础之上,是信息安全的新课题。
Information security is an important field of the state security in Information Time.The whole state not only needs basic instruments for secure information transmission,but also needs security test and control of the content trans-ferred on these.The key technique of information content security test and control is the natural language understanding.It is the typical question of machine intelligent for the machine to understand the natural language.The method for con-tent security test and control is built on the Comprehensive Information Theory.
