摘要
研究旨在探索水性聚氨酯的合成工艺,合成出水性聚氨酯分散体,并通过引入环氧树脂E-20,内交联剂TMP,采用小分子扩链剂BDO等,进行乳液共聚合等手段,达到对水性聚氨酯结构的交联改性,从而得出了合理配方及适宜的反应条件。当E 20含量6.0%~8.0%;DMPA加入量7.0%~8.0%;EDA用量1.0%;中和度90%~100%时,乳液性能最佳。
The purpose of this study is to explore the synthesized process of water borne polyurethane.The dispersion of waterborne polyurethane has been formulated,through introducing epoxy resin E20,intercrosslinker TMP and by use of small molecule chain extender BDO etc, and by means of emulsion copolymerization.Therefore the constitution of waterborne polyurethane were modified by the ways of crosslinking.Thus reasonable formula and proper reaction condition are obtained.While the amount of E20 is 6.0%~8.0%;the volume of EMPA mixture is 7.0%~8.0%,the content of EDA is 1.0%,the performances of emulsion is optimum,if neutralized degree in 90%~100%.
