介绍了《钢管》杂志的品牌效应 ,分析了期刊出版中目前存在的问题及潜在危机 ,提出应对入世挑战必须增强精品竞争意识 ,提升综合办刊能力及期刊品位 ,锻造品牌期刊。
There are some problems and potential crises during the periodical publishing. The brand competitive consciousness should be enhanced to answer the challenge of the entry of WTO. The comprehensive ability to run the periodical should also be improved to forge a well-known periodical.
