重整汽油抽提蒸馏分离苯新工艺的开发与工业应用 被引量:10

摘要 开发了环丁砜-COS复合溶剂抽提蒸馏回收重整汽油中纯苯的新工艺(SED),在150kt/a工业装置上应用获得成功。结果表明:所生产的苯产品,纯度达99.95%,结晶点高于5.40℃,硫质量分数小于1.0μg/g,苯收率达99.15%以上,非芳烃产品中苯质量分数低于1.0%。与采用传统的环丁砜液-液抽提相比,不仅可节省投资和占地面积,而且蒸汽消耗降低了31%,经济效益显著。 An extractive distillation process using a composite solvent, sulfolane and co-solvent COS, for recovering pure benzene from reformate was developed. The process was applied in a 150kt/a unit at Dalian Petrochemical Company. The operating results showed that the purity and crystallizing point of the benzene was 99. 95% and higher than 5. 40℃ respectively; the sulfur content in benzene was less than 1. 0μg/g; and the recovery rate of benzene was higher than 99. 15%. The benzene content in the raffinate was less than 1. 0%. Compared with the traditional sulfolane liquid-liquid extraction, the new process not only had lower investment and less occupied area of the plant, but the medium steam al-so had been decreased by 31%, so the economic benefit was obvious.
