摘要
根据中小城市建立规划管理系统的特点 ,提出了一种适合中小城市的规划建设管理系统模式。采用工作流技术 ,提高了规划业务的工作效率和管理水平 ,使系统具有良好的灵活性和兼容性 ;运用 OL E Autom ation技术将 GIS软件集成至系统 ,实现了系统界面、功能、数据和图文的一体化。系统的实际应用说明该模式能满足中小城市规划管理业务领域的实际需要 ,并具有良好的拓展性。
According to the advantage and disadvantage for setting up the system in small city, a suitable model of layout——management system was presented in this paper. By using the workflow technology, it could improve the work efficiency and management level of city planning, and make the system better agile and compatible. Integrating the GIS software named AutoCAD Map 2000 to the system by means of OLE Automation technology realized the incorporation of interface, function, data and map in the system. Finally, the system′s application shows that this system model can meet the actual need to the field of small city's layout-management, and has well expansibility.
